REPAIR SPECIALIST (m/f)

Job description: 

Provide warranty and post-warranty repairs and their evaluation

Collect information on the function of our equipment and systematically evaluate them

Train customers to operate our machines correctly

Participate in the preparation of technical documentation (catalogues, operating regulations, technical descriptions, etc.)

Work with our information systems

Travel to glassworks to visit customers

Required skills: 

Engineering experience (if engineering is your hobby, this is the right job for you)

Customer oriented communication and a pleasant demeanor

Knowledge of MS Office

If you don't have much experience, it's okay, we are happy to teach you

Languages: 

English on communicative level

Other languages are an advantage that will come useful to you

Required certificates: 

Technical high school or relevant experience

Salary:
