ISS MACHINES
The ISS is the ultimate servo IS machine and has become standard in large international container glass groups. One of the biggest advantages is its versatility. BB, PB and NNPB are possible, of course with process control, proportional valves etc. The ISS can be converted from SG to DG, TG and QG (95mm). In many cases, existing mould sets can be used.
Powerful coolings like 360° axial for blank and blow side allow cavity rates up to 20, whilst operators appreciate the short job change times. In addition, the advanced SDT-10 control system includes a job database with all relevant parameters for the different containers.
Latest safety standards, preventive maintenance and remote monitoring and diagnostics are additional features of the ISS. Due to the exceptional connectivity, new sensors for advanced closed-loop functions can easily be integrated, same as a swabbing robot for the blank side.
