SI06 Invert mechanism

Mechanism integrates the blank mould bracket, invert and neck-ring mechanism in one unit.

Advantages:

Minimized number of parts contained in the mechanism assembly
Removed ball-screw transmission
The drive of mechanism is placed above the section box
A standard SIEMENS servomotor is used, with integrated gearbox
Stroke time from blow mould to blank mould position is 280 ms (depending on product)
Reduced number of lubrication points when compared to the previous version of the servo invert mechanism

Variable accessory components are not compatible to the previous version.
