PPC Basic and PPC Advanced
Both systems use identical valves.
Valves were developed in the cooperation with the company MAC Valves.
Valve is of a robust construction, resistant to current oils for pneumatic systems as well as to the synthetic oil Castrol Viscogen G.

Medium: compressed filtrated air - 40 µm,
Output pressure ratio: 0 – 2,5 bar
Flow: 3000 Nl/min
Voltage: 24V DC
Control analog signal: 0 – 10 V
PPC Basic
- The valve is controlled directly from the IS machine control system SST 06
- Parameters are set in the I.S. machine timing diagram. Possibility to definite simple curve of the output pressure with 10 points.
PPC Advanced
- Include Standalone valve control build from Siemens elements with users PC
- User SW (SIEMENS) on the higher level
- Comfortable setting of output pressure curves
- Copy of parameters among valves and sections
- Memorizing of recipes for different products
- Feedback from valve – indication of the measured curve of the output pressure from the valve
- Automatic recording of the measured curves of the output pressure for individual valves
