The CDC 2-9 hydraulic press is a high - speed table press designed for small production and mounting work. It is especially suited to batch production quantity and line production, for a range of work on small to medium sized products. It is possible to use it at pressing, straightening, bending, cutting, drawing and stretching, riveting, stamping, etc. The pressure is fully adjustable up to its maximum limit.
The press is constructed for fixed installation at a location protected from weather ( environment classification 3K3/3Z1/3B1/3C2/3S2/3M3 acc. Czech standard EN 60721-3-3 - classification of environment conditions).Electrical installation must provide protection against electric shocks. Appropriate Czech standard 33 2000-4-1-41 ( equivalent ES 602 04-1 33 2200 ).
If continuous use of the press on one or more shifts is planned, or the case oil temperature rises above
55 °C, then the press should be equipped with cooling.
Description
The press consist of a box-stand frame forming a compact unit with the tank for operating oil, the press piston cylinder and the worktable. The control board consists of the control board body, the flange and gear wheel pump with the flange - mounted electric motor built into the frame. The worktable, assessable from the three sides, is provided with a clamping groove and a fall - through opening facing forwards. The press is connected to the electrical power supply using a power cord and plug. The lockable motor starter switch is fitted with electromagnetic and thermal trip.
The CDC 2-9 hydraulic press was certified on May 19, 1998 by Machinery certification institute in Brno.
