A New Animal has been released from cage on GLASSTEC:
Sklostroj finalized intensive work on ISS project and released most modern machine for the production of the container glass named ISS.
ISS is filled with servo drives and eliminates complicated mechanisms and this makes this new machine much more compact and rigid. This is remarkable especially at MOC, which is a real parallel and servo-driven on both, blank and blow sides. The highest versatility is one of the most important features. It can be converted from SG up to QG. It is capable to produce products of body diameter up to in TG and in QG. It can also accommodate existing moulds.
New machine design as well follows ergonomic and safety aspects, meets quick-change requirements not only in variables but in drives too. It is designed for high speed production based on fully controlled servo-drives and very efficient cooling.
ISS came at right time to celebrate 60-years of SKLOSTROJ.
